If directing Rangeela was a passion project. Designing for Rangeela was a love letter.
Rangeela 30 was not just a yearly showcase. Rangeela 30 was a celebration (and a direct reflection) of what the past 30 years have meant to countless performers.
On top of revising the brand (originally by Beulah Kang) I had the opportunity to do Art Direction for the yearly theme: A Tapestry, and to supervise content creation under our very talented director, Natasha Jayaputra. The final result was an illustration system (based on the original imagery of the logo) that celebrated the most iconic moments of the last 30 years, building hype and identity for this year's lineup of cultures.
